An exclusive premiere screening of Something in the Water will be held at The Pageant in St. Louis, Missouri on May 30th. The St. Louis Rockumentary from HEC-TV looks back at the unique set of circumstances that electrified the classic rock music scene in St. Louis in the late 60s and early 70s. Featuring rare interviews, archived Mississippi River Festival concert footage and photos from the musicians themselves, Something in the Water is a funny, honest and unique account of "ground zero for rock and roll," as told by those who played a major role in the emergence of classic rock in St. Louis.

Those interviewed include Head East founding member Roger Boyd and former Head East bassist Mark Boatman. The evening will conclude with a rare musical reunion by Michael ”Supe” Granda (Ozark Mountain Daredevils), Steve Scorfina (Pavlov’s Dog) and Danny Liston (Mama’s Pride).

The premiere is free and open to the public though admission will be limited to available seating. For more infomation visit the Pageant and HEC-TV websites linked above. To view the trailer for the rocumentary on the HEC-TV website click here.
